Oh, I know their hospitality well. One might hope it hasn't left a nearly permanent mark on you.

Perhaps it has worked in the past. I take pleasure in knowing that I've annoyed them greatly.

The most we can do is annoy them, sadly, if the level of technology I saw there compared to here is any indication.

I suppose there are things here stranger and harder to believe than having gods walking amongst us.

Gods are immortal, greater and more powerful than humans. The omnipresence and omniscience is a bunch if nonsense the Christians came up with and then subsequently have to elaborately excuse at every turn.

I see. I would have thought it was the 'greater' and 'more powerful' part that would make captivity more difficult.

I am sorry to hear their treatment of you to be so awful - not that my sympathies are worth much in this place.

Anything can be captured into a clever enough cage. There is a reason Surtur is held in Muspelheim and cannot escape despite his excess of power. They struck at a moment when I could not properly defend myself and partially bound my power. It's very annoying.

[He snorts.]

Well, it wasn't exactly pleasant when they did it to me, but since it was something Thor had already done they'd really lost the shock factor.

Makes one wonder why they would repeat the same torture then.

Well, true of gods, really. I've known more than a few that aren't anything to write home about.

There shall always be poor examples of any peoples. I suppose gods aren't much different from humans then, in terms of personality.
